Hi there! I'm not sure how to make a claim. When I select that the item is not as described, it gives me this message: "Poshmark will help resolve problems if the order you received is not as described. However, if you have accepted the order or not reported the problems within 72 hours of receiving the order - the payment is released to the seller and the sale is considered final and completed."
I'm not sure there's anything I can do?

Hi im really sorry this happened I did receive your dress back but I was wondering did you get reimbursed from posh and if so would you still like your dress ? I hope this doesnt keep you from buying again from other poshers I have never maid this mistake once again im so sorry I would send it back to you through posh but this time I would send a check for the cost of the dress you would only have to cover poshmark fee and shipping if that make sense

No worries. Stuff happens. I actually don't need the dress anymore. I bought something in place of it just in case. I still have your items because I couldn't figure out what to do. It doesn't look like I've been refunded, but that's okay. I can either send your stuff back and you can refund me, or we can just call it a day since I still have the other items. I will do whatever you would like. Again, no worries.
