alyshagreen22 I purchased the Jessica Simpson block heels from you back in April. While in the process of shipping we were in the process of moving. Originally they were to be delivered before the change of address but for whatever reason they showed up the day we Had the address change go into place.

alyshagreen22 When delivery was attempted they notified me they were not able to deliver because of a problem with the address (duh there’s a problem...it’s changed). Although all my mail has been forwarded and I’ve had no problem receiving that for whatever reason they couldn’t seem to forward the package. I’ve contacted USPS and it seems they’ve sent the shoes back to you.

alyshagreen22 Poshmark informed me they’ve allowed you to keep the money for the item in hopes I would eventually receive the shoes once the postal service had some time to clear up the confusion with the change of address. Since you’ve already been paid for them Could you please let me know if you’re able to send these back so I can actually get the item I purchased or if I need to contact poshmark agajn to get my money back.

golightlygirly @alyshagreen22 OMG! I’m so very sorry to hear about this. I would certainly send them to you if I had them. Unfortunately you’ve been misinformed by Poshmark. I received payment for the shoes because I shipped them and was not at fault for the delivery issues, but the shoes were never returned to me.

golightlygirly @alyshagreen22 I waited and waited for them to be returned but they never arrived. I did assume that Poshmark gave you a full refund as well because this is a postal service issue. I would suggest that you contact Poshmark again and ask them to locate those shoes via USPS. If they track them down, send it back, and provide a new shipping label then I will provide the shoes gratis. So sorry this happened to you.😐

Not sure of your exact location but I received notification Tuesday morning at 7:09 they arrived in Orinda, CA (which is the same location listed in my notification from when they were sent) and are at the post office.

alyshagreen22 My bad...that package was one the seller sent with the wrong item. Yours is tracking number 9405510899359445605702. It says as of yesterday morning at 9:49am it left the Baton Rouge processing center and return to sender has been processed. So apparently, a month later, they’re just now on their way back to you.

I accidentally mixed up the tracking number for your item with another I had to send back due to a seller mistakenly sending me someone else’s purchase rather than my actual purchase. The tracking info for the shoes purchased from you is above if you’d like to reference yourself.

golightlygirly @alyshagreen22 Hi. The return just arrived in the most horrible condition. I think you should ask Poshmark for your money back. If you’d like I’d send them an email on your behalf with photos showing the condition of the return. The post office clearly mishandled this and there’s damage to box and shoe. It looks as if the box was submerged in water.
