slurp I have already contacted posh, I stand by my word that the item was not damaged and in fact packaged properly. I find it strange that you are claiming now that "it was broken when opened" after already accepting it last night. Either way, Posh can investigate and resolve this fairly.

slurp Hi, I'm not sure why are you failing to respond or communicate if you claim to have received a damaged item, posh is able to investigate this further. I honestly don't appreciate this false accusation and negative review, I have an average 5.0 with 20+ reviews and your comments were unfair and undeserving. I tried to give you a benefit of a doubt but seeing that you are active and ignoring my comments is suspicious.

slurp I hope you see what you're doing is wrong and actually change the rating back to the original 5 stars that you had initially. If the item was in fact damaged, it doesn't make sense that you accepted it with 5 stars then change it to 1 star a day later. No sellers deserve this.

slurp @nicolepetke thank you for replying, it was honestly in pristine condition..I'm not sure does posh protect both buyer and seller if it was damaged upon shipment? I can try contacting Tory Burch to see if it can be repaired? I hope that you see that I'm sincerely trying to resolve this with you and edit the review if you're willing to. Either way, please tell me how you would like to fix this. I can find out if repairs are covered at TB in the meantime.

slurp @nicolepetke @nicolepetke I contacted customer service, they said you can submit an inquiry online with pictures and they'll either send you a prepaid label to send the item for repair or if they are not able to fix the item, they can issue a store credit for the value of the item. You can also stop by a TB retail store but they recommended to submit the inquiry online
