I do love the boots and was sad that this happened. I'll see what I can do to repair the tear so I can wear them. I really appreciated the sweet note you put in the box when you sent them. lotuscounseling @cjlynn2017 Yes, that's why I wrote to you yesterday. I submitted a report early this morning with a couple of photos. I received the wrong bag - different style, different color. And there were 3 tears in the cloth lining of the beautiful Kate Spade bag that were not shown in photos or description of bag condition. I feel like I wasted a lot of time negotiating for this order and then waiting for delivery - very disappointing.
