cmorre44 I think then that someone went in to the box or it went through some crazy handling. I’m not kidding. I don’t think you sold me a fake but it came pretty busted up. There were strings coming out everywhere and stains. I can shoot you a photo of it if you want. It is the Tori Burch one you sent to Hawai‘i. I don’t need the receipt. I just wanted to make you aware that it was pretty damaged when it got here and I’m just super bummed bc I’ve been waiting for it :(
