Hey girl... Thanks so much for purchasing the Freebird boots! I'm so excited because you're gonna love them! They're absolutely GORGEOUS and in PERFECT condition. Not even a scratch on the soles! I store all of my Posh Merch at my parents' house upstate because I live in NYC and barely have room for my stuff! So I'll be heading up to my parents' house tonight and will ship them out to you tomorrow.

@napra789 Hey girl I’m so sorry... I’m jumping in the car now to head to the Post Office. Before I drop the package off I’m going to ask the mailman behind the counter whether or not you will receive the boots by Friday if I send them with the Poshmark label. if not I will come out of pocket and send them via 2 day shipping. I will let you know as soon as I find out and the package is on its way

Sorry I wasn’t in touch earlier today... when I went to the post office I asked the gentleman behind the counter whether or not you’d receive this package by Friday if I sent it with the Poshmark Label and he said “absolutely”! Hey girl, I cannot believe you still haven't received your boots! I am so sad. I know you how excited you were about wearing them for your weekend. It's definitely due to the government shut down. It has to be. I shipped a hat to another Posher 5 days before I shipped your boots and she hasn't received her package either - and I used the 2 Day shipping label that Poshmark provides. I really fell badly. I just hope you get them soon... I really do.

PS: Just a head's up, when I shipped the package: I used rubber bands to hold down the leather fringes because that's how they came to me straight from FREEBIRD. However, before I put them in my closet I took the rubber bands off & placed them carefully back in the box. I was concerned about the bands leaving creases. But I'm also neurotic when it comes to my things lol. Letting u know in case you don't wear them right away & in case you're neurotic like me!

If the clerk @ the post office hadn’t reassured me the boots were going to make it on time and I knew they wouldn’t arrive in 2 days, I would of DEFINITELY came out of pocket to ship them overnight. This has never happened to me. Everything I’ve shipped thus far has been delivered on time. So I really apologize for the delay.

@napra789 And when a potential customer sees that girls who have ordered from me in the past have been happy with their purchases, they’ll be so much more likely to purchase from me. I’m fairly new to Poshmark and am trying really hard to expand my customer base bc I have TONS more to post! Ir’s frustrating because PM only publishes the reviews that are posted along with comments... Even if I do receive 5 stars, it doesn’t show up on my page 😕😕😕
