one of my daughters has the same boots, sometimes it's easier to put them on and take them off with the sock lining/insulation. I think the more they're worn they'll start to adjust to the foot. If it's not so cold maybe they can be worn without the sock and with her own sock.
Also they need to be worn with thin socks since they already come ready with the thick sock. it'll be difficult to war with another set of thick socks.

I meant that she loves them so much she’s refusing to take them off… She even napped in then at daycare.
But yes, they are snug like her last sets of powder bugs and I never thought about putting them on and off as you describe!! Thank you in multiple ways!!
