That error code is associated with not having your default return or default shipping address selected. Can you please be sure that both you and the potential buyer have selected a default shipping address AND a default return address? Sometimes when one person (or both) does not have this information selected it creates issues at checkout.

Hi there 👋 just wanted to stop by and say I'm sorry you had a bad experience with my ring. I am a poshmark ambassador and I would of corrected in anyway I could have. But I will say this..I do work for Kay Jewelers. That ring was brand new. Never used never worn. My descriptions are always correct and honest. Sorry that I wasn't fast enough on shipping when it was shipped next day.

Seller responsiveness? You never asked me a question for me to answer you? I answer same day questions. Packaging? It was packaged too keep the ring safe. It was in a Kay Jewelers box that was padded. So I'm sorry..that YOU did not like it. Item description? It's right off of online. So thank you for my rating. I am taking it up with poshmark. Do not buy from me again, as I am blocking you.

That's why I was upset. You can go back into your purchase and change your rating if you wanted too.
With buying on here - us sellers go off of 5 🌟 ratings.
I'm sorry that I was upset..but I like my rating to stay at it's 5 🌟 I put a lot of time and effort into what I do. Thank you.
