cs_jojo @n1k1p Hi, I’m so sorry about your package I’m now trying to figure out what post office is holding it, and why they are, there’s several in the area they are holding it. My post office said to wait until Monday and they would put a tracking trace on it, but I’ve made a couple other calls and they are supposed to call me back so if I hear something I will definitely let you know. There’s no way even with the holidays it should take this long.

I have inquired about shipping larger packages and I was advised that it is better, cheaper to break an order into two separate bundles if overall weight is over 5 pounds.
