I paid you the price you asked for and it was not a favor to me; it is irrelevant to our current situation. You shipped during my window to cancel, other sellers have been faster. I could have refused to accept the item due to the inaccuracy of the description. I did not cancel or refuse to accept; the customer service was mediocre and your rating was therefore 3/5. That is reasonable.

shopmycliset @nicolecblais hello you ordered leather B lives from me. I mailed them days ago and I see they are not tracking. I don't understand what happened to the S large. Hopefully not lost.,I'm very sorry, but I have no control over the usps. If you prefer to cancel rather than wait, I sincerely understand. nicolecblais @mylene4es thank you. The wrong item was sent. A black knit pull over arrived. I took pictures but there was an error when I tried to report the issue. I was stuck in the rating screen and I had to record a rating to exit.

mylene4es @nicolecblais I attached the hook eye Fasteners before I bagged up sweater - could that be why you think it’s a pullover ? Is it a MOTH brand? I do not sell enough items , I feel , that I would have confused your items with someone else . Yours was the only order I had that day so I specifically remember packing it . Would you please send pics to Poshmark support along with order #?
