Motivated to reduce waste and consumption by thrifting, trading, and sewing garbage together, I tend only to buy clothes new if absolutely necessary or if their purchase directly benefits an artist. That said, I also have clothing made with my own fabric designs, however any such brands new garments are small batch and made-to-order. Only the amount of fabric necessary for a batch is printed and consumed, minimizing textile waste as much as possible, and an reducing the carbon footprint where freight is concerned (emissions from shipping is one of the greatest polluters on Earth.) * currently learning how to modify band shirts, if you're Sea/Tac/PDX crew hmu about customization * Purveyor of battle vest/battle jacket hardware spikes and studs.
