dkim101969 Nicole, my sincere apologies are extended to you. My home is pet and smoke free. The merchandise you purchased was stored elsewhere. When I picked the shoes up they were already in a USPS box, so I did notice that. I totally understand and would gladly accept a return if you would like. I will definitely be speaking to the owner of the home where the shoes were stored.
