gchamama I’ve sent a few messages but thought I’d try here too- I’m sorry the dress was damaged and I didn’t notice, I talked to Customer support and they said that you would need to file a report and then hopefully I can get you a refund! Please send the dress back also if you’d like. In fact, if they are not able to get you a refund , if you list it for the price you ended up paying, I’ll purchase it so you can get your money back that way.
