annal2005 When you purchase an item, usually you accept or not the item! If you accept it, you rate it and you can leave a love note if you are satisfied with your purchase and experience! If you don’t accept it opens a case when if we don’t agree, the case escalates to Poshmark! But receiving the dress since Saturday, staying in Poshmark every day and don’t take any action, this sincerely I can’t understand! Anyways, enjoy the dress lady
