andreaarmater Hi Nikki, I received the Old Navy jacket and in the post you said it was a size 8. The jacket clearly says size small on the tag. I would not have purchased it if I had known it was a small. I love the jacket but it is useless to me because it doesn't fit. How can we fix this?

I’ve worked really hard sharing the posh love and taking the best photos as possible. It’s super important to have an active closet. So I share my closet at least three times a day!! Hope this helps. sofiepr Hi there, I received a pair of shoes that I need a refund for - the soles have completely deteriorated after one wear. I left a comment on the item, Poshmark will not let me do this formally.

pickynikki23 @sofiepr Hi I sent an email to customer service as soon as you rated the shoes. They sent me an email back. They said to contact them about the shoes. I’m really sorry about the shoes. I have no problem giving you a refund. It just has to be refunded though Poshmark.

pickynikki23 @sourapplestore Hi, Danielle the best advice I can give is take great photos & share your closet daily. I would also recommend listing a few items daily. I was pretty lucky I had my first sale with in 24 hours because I listed some Hoka running shoes as my first item for sale. Then I was hooked. Hope this helps! Wishing you many sales! Good Luck!
