elizabethahogan I pride myself on my five star ratings and noticed you just gave a rating of 4 stars. Was there something wrong with the item? Since it was a holiday weekend and I tried to be proactive by communicating the shipping status. As long as the item is as described typically 5 stars are given. I am not a boutique so I don’t have personalized packaging. I did package the item in bubble wrap and tissue paper to ensure the safety of the shoes. Please note the description did not include a box.
