hyongin Hi Nicole This is Gina, I purchased Columbia boot from you recently and I do like it but I had it on one day this week it happened to be a rainy day. I am sorry to say boot didn't hold up as it should have, both of my foot was totally soaked and wet within a few hours. I need to know where you purchased from and date so at least I can call the company directly to exchange. Please let me know soon, thank you and have a wonderful holiday.

nmzapien @hyongin hello! I’m sorry to hear they didn’t work for you. They were purchased directly from Columbia at the Long Beach Outlet in California. I don’t have the receipt anymore, but they were purchased in September and if I remember correctly, they were $89, plus tax.. The box is the original box, so you may reference that style that shows they should be waterproof. Again, I’m so sorry they didn’t work for you. Best of luck!
