fitfancy I see that you finally received your order & I was looking at your comments. It was shipped out within one day of your purchase. There was a hold up with the postal service. It should have notified you when I shipped it, as well as the hold up. I saw you also commented I need to improve responsiveness. Did you try to reach me? The Athleta pants were new so i dont know how they weren’t clean but I’m sorry… was the package dirty exterior wise when you received it?

nicolethomps723 @fitfancy Yes there was a major delay with the shipping, and the pants are great, but the dress is dirty. Either that or it's discolored allover on the back, and quite a bit of lint, I will wash it and keep my fingers crossed it is not the fabric itself.

fitfancy @nicolethomps723 the dress didn’t have any damage. You would’ve stated that initially. You said it was dirty. I apologize the postal service was delayed but that’s out of my control. So I just wondered why you would list that as a poor rating for me? And about my responsiveness when you hadn’t tried to contact me. It’s a beautiful dress with no flaws

fitfancy Sorry to upset you. Wasn’t trying to call you out. I just wondered why you were saying I’ve been unresponsive if you’ve not attempted to contact me. Changing the rating from 4 to 1 and adding on more untruthful comments is a bit much.

nicolethomps723 @fitfancy and YOU said the dress had damage after you claimed it was clean. I assumed it would come out in the wash and was HOPING it wasn't damage. As you insist the dress is clean, then the only explanation then is that it's damaged.

fitfancy @nicolethomps723 in all due respect, if it was discolored, you would’ve mentioned that initially. Instead you gave me a 4 star rating and said it was delayed shipping, which it wasn’t, and that it was unclean, and that you’d tried to reach me and I was unresponsive. I was questioning why you said that I was unresponsive & now suddenly the dress is terrible condition? Makes no sense.

fitfancy @nicolethomps723 there is no damage to the dress and I never said that?? All of our conversations are right here in a chat. The dress is beautiful and in perfect condition. I have no idea what you’re talking about. If you just don’t like it, you should simply state that it wasn’t your type and return it… That way it can be relisted. It’s a very expensive dress. And again, it was NOT discolored or dirty at all
