Hi Nicole, I left a few comments for you on the jeans you purchased and “liked” but I’m not sure if you can see them. I had a mix up with the two pairs of jeans and unfortunately I sent you the wrong pair. I am so sorry! I feel absolutely terrible! They are very similar but obviously you picked the one pair for a reason! I’ve never made this kind of goof up but I will do whatever need to be done to help!

I am SO sorry RE: delay on response your Offer on gold Chico pants. Yesterday was soccer day/hair cut & general errand day. I was exhausted. Hi Nicole, I’m so sorry about the jeans you tried to purchase. This has never happened to me before, but I washed them since they’d been in storage and some of the studs came off in the washer!!!😭. I am super sorry for the inconvenience, but that is why the order was cancelled. Sorry again, please don’t think I’m the worst! 😥
