jewelebird Hi! The post office sent your Madewell booties back to me, due to not being picked up. Posh has emailed me, asking whether to send another shipping label so that I can resend them to you or issue a refund. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. They are packaged and ready to ship.

jewelebird @nicolemidwest Hi! Of course! Poshmark said they would contact you to see what you wanted to do but eventually the Post Office just mailed them back. Let me contact PM to get a new shipping label. The PO said it was unable to deliver to your address. Does it need to be updated?

Unfortunately I’ve looked thru the boots and I see that H&M had sent me the wrong sz!!! 😠🤯They sent me a sz6 instead of a sz8. 😢 The closest sz I have that u can substitute for is a sz8.5. Would u like that sz instead or would u like to replace it with something else in my closet? Let me know what u would like to do. Thx so much and so sorry for the inconvenience. 🙏🏼
