klocats @zampthechamp I've gotten no response. There has been no communication. I asked you to cancel my order days ago since you never shipped the shoes. My daughter needed them for an event that will happen before the shoes ever get here because you waited seven days to ship. And you shipped them three days after I asked to cancel.

zampthechamp @klocats sorry about that my uncle passed away so I was very preoccupied with the arrangements. I didn’t even realize the time line I just saw the reminder printed and shipped. It wasn’t canceled on my end or I wouldn’t have shipped. Would you like to return?
