morerocksplease @nicolemariehale on this app, all buyers have three days to inspect their items before officially “accepting” and closing the sale. After three days funds get released to the seller. It’s for buyer protection. Of course, if a buyer receives an item and right away can see it’s exactly what they ordered and arrived as described in the posting, it is a courtesy amongst poshers to accept that item right away so that the seller receives their funds for the item sent :)

It was never my intention to misrepresent the condition of the item and I thought my photos showed the flaws. But I do not want to make someone pay for something they are unhappy with. kakes71 @nicolemariehale Hi I got a response from Poshmark and they said you need to contact them directly. If it’s easier for you I can send you a check. Since Poshmark takes their fees from the sale does it sound fair to you if I refund you $24? I know you paid for shipping but I’m already losing money by giving you the full price of the item. Let me know if you want to handle this between us or if you want to go through Poshmark’s customer service. Thanks!

heathersboudoir @nicolemariehale Hi Nicole! When packing up the Alberto Makali B/W Striped Trench Coat, I found unknown defect on the right sleeve. I would like you to see new pictures prior to shipping this item out to ensure you would still like it. This really is a very nice coat at a great price; the small defects are not easily visible at all, but please let me know. I will contact Poshmark CS for advise on how to proceed as well.
