_lesaf_ Hi, I received the bracelet, but I’m wondering if it is the same as the other-it doesn’t say Julie in the tag and it also shows that it was originally 60, not 70. as the others. Could this be the incorrect bracelet? I see that you had several others which were similar. I’m going to go ahead and accept it so that you get paid, but I’d appreciate you checking on this. I’ve bought two others and they both had the tag as described. If incorrect, I can send this one back to you. Thanks

nprodany Hi you are completely correct and I apologize. I totally made a mistake. Unfortunately, I do not have any of the Julie bangles left so I made a mistake with the inventory. I am wondering if there is a way that I can just give the bangle to you for free because of my mistake. I will contact Poshmark right now to see if I can cancel the sale that way you do not have to return the bangle. It was my mistake and I want to correct it:-) Is this a good place to continue to contact you as I move forward

nprodany @_lesaf_ Hi....Poshmark just got back to me. Apparently I can’t change the transaction once the funds have been released. I want to make this right. Perhaps there is another jewelry item that interests you? I could give you a really good deal on it....or there is another bangle similar to the one you bought that I could try and give to you....

sammyskylar Hi! Okay I talked to the customer service at Simple Human I did register my product but unfortunately it cannot be transferred. The light is an LED light and has a very long life. She also said if you had any other issues, you can call or chat and they will walk you thru solutions. There customer service is great Thanks
