nikkolitsa @gabefeldman_ 21 days from when you made the sale yea. You can always email Poshmark for clarification - payment did go through on my end though. Otherwise you wouldn’t have gotten the shipping label.

rngreen419 Hi there! You recently purchased the Abercrombie denim shorts from me. I unfortunately just learned my husband accidentally mixed the labels up😭. I’m so incredibly sorry! I’m fairly certain you will be receiving a pair of Nike Flyknits. The person who received your shorts today has opened a case. I’m not sure how this type of thing is handled, as this has never happened before. Again, I’m so...so sorry.

rngreen419 @nikkolitsa Same! I actually checked the status today because it was taking longer than normal. I’m honestly not sure. I’m looking to see if there is a means to contact Poshmark. I would say definitely open a case as well when you receive them. Again...sooooo incredibly sorry.

nikkolitsa @rngreen419 I can’t open a case until I receive the item and I don’t even have a delivery date so something is wrong. Can you let Me know what the next steps are or what you find out? I just messaged Poshmark. I hope they send me a label so I can send the shoes back. Is the other person sending the shorts back?

rngreen419 @nikkolitsa I just messaged Poshmark as well. I will definitely keep you posted on what I find out. I would assume they would provide her with a label. But, I’m not sure on how this will be handled. It does seem like there is an additional issue. Even if with them being the wrong item, they should be delivered by now.

nikkolitsa @rngreen419 so i received a label to ship the item to the original buyer. But this package seems lost and I don’t want to be held responsible for not sending it. Sorry just getting a little frustrated as Poshmark told me I cannot even open a claim until it’s received. Do you have any idea what to do at this point?

rngreen419 @nikkolitsa Hi, Poshmark emailed me requesting the order numbers of each item. I also informed them of the delayed arrival of the shorts. I tracked the shorts again today, and updated Poshmark on such. I asked to how to handle it from here. So, I’m waiting to hear back. I will let you know as soon as I get a response.

nikkolitsa @rngreen419 hello, I have tried my best to communicate with Poshmark that I have not received the shoes item to send to the other Person and that I believe it is lost. It can be tracked that it never made it to me. I keep getting an email to please send the item to the other person. is there anything you can do on your end?

rngreen419 @nikkolitsa Hi there! I’ve emailed them and messaged multiple times as well, and I’ve yet to hear back. I contacted the other buyer as well, and she hasn’t heard anything either. I’m honestly not sure what to do from here, aside from continuing to reach out.

rngreen419 @nikkolitsa I’ve not had any issues with Poshmark until now. While I understand it was a mistake on our end, I’m not sure I will continue using Poshmark if I don’t hear back from their customer service.

No matter what email I write regarding the package I believe to be lost they avoid my question or concern and Only send me the tracking for the correct item. just want to let you know. My concern here is that I will be held responsible for not sending the shoes to your other buyer. Just keeping you updated.

nikkolitsa @rngreen419 They sent me the tracking number for the shorts but that’s not what the email was about. Email was about the shoes and how I believe they are lost. So yea this is ridiculous. Can’t even find a customer service line to call. If I get charged for those shoes I’m going to be really upset.

rngreen419 @nikkolitsa My emails have stated they same in terms of the shoes, and I expressed how I am no longer able to track them. The last email just read that they are working hard on getting it resolved... The shoes are clearly lost, so I’m interested in what measures are being taken.

nikkolitsa @rngreen419 I am now getting the same error as I did before on the shorts. ‘Item will be arriving late’. Was supposed to be delivered today. Sooooo I think at this point if you hear from someone I just want my Money back. If either item arrives I will happily send them to you, not interested in cheating you out. Because Idk what the hell is going on with Usps.
