ndbenbow @lexysinn Saturday I got a message from usps at 7:01 that they delivered the bag to my mailbox. I know it couldn’t fit in there but I checked anyway. Reported it to the post office. They told me that the system reads that it was delivered to my door apparently the mail carrier changed it to left at front door. I figured I’d let you know about it. I was looking forward to having that bag.

ndbenbow @lexysinn yes I reported it to my local post office, they called me yesterday and asked me to give it another day. Poshmark also emailed me asking me to give it until Thursday.

lexysinn Honestly I’m not sure how they handle that .... but i would get the drivers name and report missing package and tiler them know it was changed from mailbox to left at door... I’d hate to think it was stolen but have you ever had something stolen that was left in mailbox or door? Did i package the belt in the really small box or was the box narrow/rectangle bc that’s what i put the purse in the narrow rectangle one since it flattens

ndbenbow @lexysinn I have had a package missing before. I reported it and the post office reimbursed me. In order to file a claim with usps I need your name and address that’s why I was hoping there was a way to private message. The belt was in a box if the bag was in a soft package it may have fit in the mailbox but it wasn’t in there.

lexysinn @ndbenbow no i put it in a narrow box. I will contact Poshmark tomorrow i don’t want them to take back money bc that’s not fair to me that i sent the bag and now it’s missing if it’s the post office reimbursing you that’s different

ndbenbow @lexysinn I thought about that after. I was like I should’ve just purchased in a bundle. The post office told me to file a claim the only issue is I need an address to put in the claim for the seller which is you.

ndbenbow @lexysinn hey, I am trying to put a claim in with USPS. Somehow we need to connect via private message. I need your address in order to file a claim with them otherwise I can just go ahead and reply to Poshmark’s email. I don’t know what their protocol is but they might take the money back and I’m trying to avoid that from happening.
