@nikkulele You’re welcome. The best way to ask sellers questions is to go to the item you like and use the comment function to ask questions. Ask questions about measurements, fit, or any other questions you have. Happy poshing!

@skihil I have another question, what should I do if I purchased and item nearly a week ago and there is no sign of my item being sent? I tried commenting on the user's shop/page, but haven't received ANY notice of shipment. Poshmark said they sent an additional reminder to the seller. I'm feeling concerned and unhappy. What do I do?

@nikkulele Unfortunately the best options are to notify poshmark of the problem and to post a comment on the item you purchased (just make sure to tag the seller). You can also check to see when they were last active. It shows up on their profile. Eventually the order will get canceled and you won’t be charged. But it is super frustrating! I have had that happen to me before too.

@nikkulele ... Sometimes sellers have their closets open but forget to put it on vacation hold, or they aren’t actively checking for sales. So, post another comment questioning the status of your purchase. I’m currently experiencing issues with the post office not tracking one of my sales. So that could be an issue too. Best of luck!
