sjiek @malibubthreads Hi, you were so nice to offer me advice since I’m new on here. Well, I currently have 6 people all with the same offer on one of my items but I have NO idea how to sell the item to the first bidder?! I don’t have a COUNTER Offer option or a Buy Now or an ACCEPT or anything like that? What do I do to sell the belt to one of these people? I’ve been on my phone app and my laptop and none of those options exist on my pages? Thanks, Nicole

malibubthreads @sjiek Hi! First then is people who “like” an item aren’t going to necessarily but it. Because you don’t have an official offer, go to the bottom of your listing. In the bottom right corner is a private/public offer button. Click on private offer and it will send all your liners that offer. I would start off with 10% off your listing price and the lower discount shipping. Hopefully this will get you an offer! Good luck!

sjiek @malibubthreads Thanks so much for your quick reply. I actually did get the “likes” from 6 people and did exactly what you said, lowered my price 10% and lowered shipping. Then, all 6 offers came in for $120. The first 5 offers expire in a couple hours and I don’t even want to counter at this point! I just want to sell to the first person who made first offer. But I have clicked on everything! Top of my page says 6 Active Offers on ...item. I just want to accept an offer and make a sale!

malibubthreads I would contact Posh support. Maybe all the offers happening at the same time caused a glitch! A great problem to have! 👍
