thread_well @nicolemrigan Hi Nicole, thank you for your feedback - I’m sorry you felt that way about the dress. I had washed cold once as instructed on the tag. The material is in great condition but was sent out without being steamed, so I am aware the wrinkles were present giving it more of a worn appearance. A steam or iron will do great to have it be ready for wear. I will be investing in a steamer so that I can present my items a bit more neatly! Thank you for the feedback and your purchase.
