awestendgirl No worries; I'm pretty new around here too! I rarely have issues ordering online--so I immediately recycle the packaging--which is why I didn't make the return. This particular style is called the "Masculine Coat," and I have four others because they're so versatile. I'd been looking for the grey coat for three years! Extremely hard to find....
