I’m so sorry to hear that- I have found, for the most part, that sellers within the Poshmark community are quite diligent when it comes to making sales and keeping their buyers happy! Poshmark expects their sellers to take responsibility of maintaining their closets and keeping up to date with the site, so situations like this do not arise and leave a buyer like yourself disappointed.

angeladitrani You most likely received an email from poshmark approximately 5 days after you purchased the item notifying you that they have reached out to the seller to encourage them that you are waiting for your purchase. Unfortunately in some cases as yours- it might be safe to say that the seller for some reason or another is not checking into the site or has possibly even deleted the app without deactivating their account. That is my personal opinion.

angeladitrani It is for this reason you are given the option to cancel. you can send an email to Poshmark support and ask them to check in on the user for you/follow up... the funds will not be lost as you have not received/accepted the purchase.

angeladitrani Although, unfortunately at the end of the day you may find yourself cancelling because of no response. I think it’s pretty safe to say that is not typical behaviour on Poshmark. I’m sorry again to hear this happened to you... it hurts to lose a great deal- it’s happened to me too and I cancelled the order! Who knows in the end maybe something better will come your way!
