Anyway, as I went to pack it to be shipped out tomorrow, I opened the bag to find a thin, short strap that was not crossbody length or the quality as described. I was horrified because I had just sold the bag under false pretense. However, after thinking it through and revisiting “My Purchase”, I WAS THE One WHO BOUGHT IT UNDER THE IMPRESSION, as specified by your description, that it had an authentic crossbody strap.

robyn_gonzalez I have a feeling that this was simply a mistake, and you still have that crossbody strap sitting around your house, and you accidentally put the wrong strap inside the bag you sold me. So, I chose to just try to resolve this between ourselves. I make mistakes often…especially when I am in a rush.

nicolecan2 @robyn_gonzalez What you just write to me is not the correct listing post. If you go to the red Janine satchel, it states like new, Saffiano leather. It details it has a shoulder strap and double handles. I have had several Janine bags and the one you purchased is clearly described. And I gave you a great deal! $65 for an originally priced 288 due to it was gently used. I apologize if you read the wrong Janine bag, but the specific bag you purchased is clearly described as received.

nicolecan2 @robyn_gonzalez you are clearing looking at a different listing than the bag you purchased. There is no mistake. That is the strap and there is no crossbody as stated in my description. Go to the picture of the bag you purchased and it clearly states like new and shoulder strap and double handles only. I feel bad you are seeing the wrong listing but it is correct.

nicolecan2 I thought you just purchased my last bag. You purchased this bag 12/13 and was brand new, still in wrapping. Perfect condition. I never listed a crossbody strap on that listing. You purchased the maroon/Bordeaux one. It’s exactly as pictured and exactly as described. Instead of reposhing right away, I would always check out the bag. There was no error in this case.
