@nlastinger Hi yeah that is pretty common and I believe it is against Poshmark policy… This can also be a scam so I would not do any transactions or communications with customers off of Poshmark. Just upload new pictures if you can for the person, they don’t need your email and you don’t need to email them. This could deactivate your posh Mark as well as the other persons. Just stick to the app and self from here only because it’s probably a scam

@lovelyapril429 hey darling listen I’ll literally ship my packages next day. If not, same day there is absolutely no reason. You should be waiting for a package by three weeks… I can see a seller taking a few days to ship some thing and it arriving to you within five days that’s about normal, but three weeks there is a problem…

@lovelyapril429 I suggest you reach out to Poshmark support if you have already contacted the buyer, since you haven’t received it, and it is been more than 10 days I believe you can cancel your order with the seller. If you need help or step-by-step on how to do this, please let me know and I’ll help you.

@lovelyapril429 did you get it figured out or did you have to contact posh support…? Like I said you should never wait three weeks for an item to arrive. If you have contacted the seller and let them know that you have not received the item and they are willing to work at something out with you and let you know if they shipped it or whatever the case may be you definitely need to get Poshmark support
