lilsunshine65 Nicole this is Judy I recently purchased your L'Oreal color devise on 11/30, you said you were sending it the following day of when you saw my purchase which was more than five days ago. your not communicating anymore and I haven't received my purchase. I'm requesting a refund. this is not acceptable.
