Hey Nicole, as I mentioned through our messages before you blocked me; I am not sure if the package has even been dropped off yet. I am currently trying to contact my night staff to see if they put it in the Canada post drop box, as they typically only mark orders as shipped once they have.

I am not trying to bs you, this is how my shop works. If it is the case that it hasn’t been placed in the Canada post drop box then I would happily intercept the package and cancel the order, but as of right now I HAVENT heard back from my night staff. Nothing about how I am responding is unreasonable. Infact I am trying to see if there is more that I can do and for some reason you are getting agitated with me and blocking me. I am trying here…

My employee just informed me that the order was marked as shipped as a pickup was scheduled for Friday at 9am est. Normally we use the Canada post drop box, but since the drop box was full, he had scheduled a pickup, and marked the order as shipped once this pickup was scheduled (as posthmark says to do). I am happy to cancel this pickup so the item does not end up shipping to you, but I would like to get a response from you first. You have not been the nicest to me, swearing, accusing me of

lying, and even blocking me when I just try to reason with you, but if you would just unblock me and request that I cancel the pickup and take the 3.25$ booking fee as a loss then I am happy to do that. Its very hard to work with you when you seem to assume the worst in people, but I have been trying to be completely cordual and straight forward since the very start. If communicating with me isnt something that you would like to do, then you do not have to, but for me to go out of my way to cancel a scheduled pickup from Canada post, I would need some communication from you! Showing sellers respect really goes a long way for me, and I would hope that you value my assistance in resolving this issue, especially when it is something most people in my position would not do given the negativity I have received!
