danifancy @nicoletterich Hello😊 I was going to ship the shoes today, when I noticed I put the wrong size up. These are a men's size 5 and women's size 6.5, not a woman's size 5. danifancy @nicoletterich Hello again🤗 I see that you opened a case for your item. I do sincerely apologize for the item arriving wet. I noticed some spots on the shoes, not sure how they got there. So I tried to clean them. The outside was basically dry, but it sounds like the inside lining was still wet. Again, I do sincerely apologize. I am very, very, very sorry. Would you like a full refund???

nicoletterich @danifancy hey, sorry I don’t mean to be a pain about this. When I received the item, both shoes were wet, outside & inside. They were then sealed in a bag for a few days, wet. When opened they smelled a little musty from the above & were crushed since they were also shipped in a bag & not a box to prevent that. I would definitely appreciate a refund & return shipping if possible.
