toshoo I apologize for the condition the item arrived in. However, I taped this down very well, and I do believe the carrier is who crushed the box and tore the tape as it was in perfect taped condition when the dress left my house.

nicolinahawaii @toshoo it’s just that the tape didn’t cover the main seams. I’m very happy with the condition of the dress though -thank you!

toshoo @nicolinahawaii I did put the tape over all main seams as well so they must’ve damaged this in transit. I’m so sorry. I have another business and they do it all the time. It is very frustrating to my customers as well as myself so again I sincerely apologize and I hope you love your dress.

nicolinahawaii @toshoo I hear you. maybe consider taping the box circumferentially on the edges since it happens repeatedly. So carriers can’t make a mess of things. I do this when I sell items!
