trouvedesign Hi there. I purchased your green HOBO bag that had a small repaired tear in it (right near the top of the pocket as if maybe the opening of the pocket possibly caused it). I am writing because I am ok returning it but I also was willing to keep with some money off if you can give me the background on the tear. I sent this to Poshmark but they just told me to return it. Thanks so much.

lanita1008 @trouvedesign Hello! I’m sorry for the condition of the bag, but honestly I never noticed the repaired tear otherwise I wouldn’t listed it. I bought the bag from a neighbor who was moving to California, I used it a few times and I never saw the flaw. If you want the bag I want you to have it at no cost, you’ll only have to pay Poshmark fee. I don’t know how to do that, so if you can figure it out, please go ahead and do it. I apologize for the inconvenience!

trouvedesign @lanita1008 Thank you so much for your response. I tried to communicate with Poshmark but they said they do not give partial refunds. I even explained what you said but they said the most they would be willing to offer me is 5 posh credits. Thank you for your responsiveness as a seller and I am sorry that it did not work out. I will post the bag later today.
