nnia1 @finestfashionny good morning. I’m a bit concerned because the bag is advertised to come with a crossbody chain/strap. The chain is far too short to be a crossbody chain. Do you have the crossbody chain that you mention it comes with?

finestfashionny The details also show the length of the strap drop as well. I understand your concern but all the details for the bag were up on the listing before you purchased it. YSL describes this bag as a crossbody bag as It shows in the details.

I get off earlier today and plan on picking it up today. No need to send aggressive messages. Calm down. It’s just a nylon Saint Laurent bag. I’ll pick it up when I get off work.
