nikwebs @msdeee3 hey girl I had the same problem and stumbled on it by accident. If you go to your listing of an item there will be a price drop button on the bottom right corner. Press that and it will ask if you want to publicly or privately drop the price (private only sends it to people who liked the posting) I hope that helps, let me know if you got it or need better instructions :)
