Hi! I'm confused as to why you gave me a 1 star rating on ship time? I shipped the item the next day and it wasn't in my control that it didn't get shipped on time due to the holidays! Unfortunately the post office closes during the holidays. As far as the cleanliness, I washed the item before shipping and mentioned in the description that there was a flaw. Anyways, I'm sorry about everything and hope you have a good new year!
