You purchased a bundle of shoes from me and when I pulled the Tom shoes have a place out of the sole. I am so sorry! I will go down on total if you still want and include them. They can still be worn and it’s on the inside. If you are ok with it I will ship but if not please let me know thank you!

@nikic517 I really appreciate you bringing it to my attention before just leaving negative feedback. It was an honest oversight. But I know it can be disappointing to wait on something only for it to arrive not in the expected condition. I was so happy to get some boots today, but I opened them and was hugely disappointed. The left boot had a huge hole in the bottom of the sole and half of the heel on the right boot was missing. :/ SO not an oversight. and i was totally bummed.

@ericachancey oh that's awful!! 😞 I just had to cancel a sale because I accidentally typed the size wrong. I had pics of the correct size but she hadn't seen it. I'm glad I noticed and asked her if she had seen my mistake. Lol I'm trying to be decent and honest.

@nikic517 I called Saturday afternoon and was told a sub was on my route so they should be by to pick up. they never did and I can't find out why until tomorrow. I have it scheduled again for pick up Tuesday. if they don't, I'll go out the 20 mins to drop it myself! sorry again!
