nkader17 @jjcmom thank you for reaching out. I love the bag, however I didn’t notice that the piping was damaged which was not mentioned in the listing. While I found that to be upsetting, I will accept the purchase rather than go through return process since I do love the bag overall.

jjcmom @nkader17 I am very sorry that is a detail I was not aware of that is why I always tell people to look at pics for better description and to ask as many questions as possible before purchase. The bag went for a great price which condition is always reflected in the price.
