dtara2003 Hello you purchased my kids Michael Kors boots ,I have asked Poshmark to refund your money and send back the boots, instead of leaving such a horrible review you could have simply returned them. Leaving bad reviews isn’t the right thing to do this was fixable.. I do this to support my grand son I raise and negative reviews don’t help, I try my hardest to do everything correctly, I never leave bad reviews for anyone I contact them and the issue is fixed.. Poshmark should be contacting you.

nikki711jones In realizing that I was harsh in my feedback, as I was frustrated, I apologize. I removed the wording and simply added that "product description" could improve. All in all, I updated to 4 stars and there's no need to refund and have me return the boots. They don't fit my little one, but I can surely find a friend or someone in need of some winter boots. nikki711jones @wrightcathy733 Thankyou for responding and trying to remedy the matter. My daughter ended up wearing it already to swim lessons this a.m. and when I saw the top of her legs were all red around the bottom of the suit, that's when I checked the size. It was my fault, too, for not checking beforehand.I didn't realize that accepting the piece would cause issues on your end for a refund. I updated the star rating, too, as I shouldn't have given you 1 star before giving you a chance to fix/reply.
