The Snowflake leggings have a HUGE hole in the butt/crotch area! I wasn't able to give these as a gift. Very disappointed. Is there anything you can do to work with me on this? I've never had this issue before and I don't want to give you negative feedback but this purchase was not as described or even wearable. :(
