Let you know that the package seems to stuck or lost in Austin, Texas. I went by the local post office and they don’t have it. I have an email into posh. I know that it won’t release your funds till I get it. 😢 wanted to keep you updated.

@amyb456 I do not see a policy regarding lost in transit but somebody is giving us a refund but hopefully they will find it. They shipped it a few days ago. I’m giving them 24 hours to respond then I’m going to search for a number to call.

@tsutton1516 I sure hope they find it too. The supervisor at the post office said he would be looking for it. He asked it was insured and I have no clue. He said priority mail is only insured for 50.00. I will let you know when I hear from Posh as well

@tsutton1516 the sent me a message at 3:47 am stating that they have a process in place for this type of problem. They said if they haven’t updated info by 2/27 to email them back and find out the step.
