pnwthriftynikki @mmcg4eva there is a tab called “My Sales” depending on if your using the app or the browser it may differ on where exactly that is. But under that tab, the sale should be there, once you click it there’s a “print label” tab to download and print.

pnwthriftynikki @msangelita63 odd!! the only reason i can think it would say 2 packages is if my assistant accidentally printed your label twice, meaning you got the shoes and another item, but i dont see anything in my sales page indicating that that is the case. Please keep my updated on this and i will be happy to help out once you receive the package(s).
