meliscloset Hi there. Could you please tell me what was wrong with the dress I sold you. The dress was in perfect condition as shown in the photos I took. So I'm not sure what was wrong with it for you to out a case

bluet41 @meliscloset hi there. I was so looking forward to the dress but the hem line is shrunken. The under skirt is showing (a little over an inch). I thought it might have been part of the style of the dresd but I've seen pics of the same dress online where the underskirt is not showing. Also the dress has an awful smell. I really wanted to like the dress but it is just not wearable.

bluet41 @meliscloset I can send you a picture of the same dress from another seller in perfect condition with the right hem length. I aired out the dress and it does not smell as bad. I'm more concerned about the shrunken hem.

meliscloset @bluet41 what i do. It understand is you are purchasing the dress from me, from my photos and not another sellers dress. The way her dress is, is not my dress. You purchased based on my dress from photos I provided. Not another sellers.

bluet41 @meliscloset I understand, but the your description said new without tag. A new without tag dress would not have a shunken hem. If there was any fault with the dress it should have been disclosed.

meliscloset @bluet41 I am saying that I will not return it because it is not defective. The picture shows the dress exactly as it is. You bought the dress based off of the pictures I took. I am an honest seller and my dress is not defective and the photos are a true representation.

In the future please disclose any defects in the clothes you sell. It's just bad business not to do so. Take care!
