nik_ree @samato69 Thanks for the comment. I will gladly answer any question you have about individual products. I know how hard it is to buy makeup without trying on first. I would recommend matching your skin undertone for foundation. Medium beige is our most popular shade because it's a medium tone with neutral undertones. I will add a color chart to all of the powder foundations for your reference.

nik_ree For future reference for anyone who sends offers: I do not respond to offers until I have the physical item in hand and can double check condition. Weekends are slow because I am usually out of town. And I have an assistant who is only allowed to share my closet and ship purchases, not respond to comments or offers. Please be patient and realize we are all humans with lives outside of poshmark and full-time jobs on top of online selling. Thanks.

nik_ree With that said, I always ship within 48 hours but usually 24 and if I can't ship within 48, I will communicate that with you. Just be patient when it comes to offers. Sometimes I like to think about it before accepting or countering and sometimes I have to find the item. Also, I might legitimately just miss the notification.

deputy2022 Nikki-I bought a bare mineral foundation from you-and opened it today-i completely leaked out bottom of the tube-anyway to end me anther one?Bottom was completely unsealed.

nik_ree @deputy2022 I will have to check my inventory when I get home because I think that was my last one in that shade. I took pictures of it before I sent it and it was sealed with the foil still attached. Let me look through the PM rules and regulations. Poshmark has protections like this for buyers in case an item is damaged in transit. I'm sorry it busted! I've never had issues sending those tube foundations before. Did it look like the packaging was possibly stepped on?

nik_ree @deputy2022 I'm going to contact poshmark support and see what they say. Your shipment was one of the one that took extra long for USPS to deliver and it was clearly damaged in transit so I will get with them and see if they can refund you and I will check my inventory this evening.

deputy2022 Thanks Nikki-I was so disappointed because I needed to use it :) It just looks like to me that the seal of the tube seperated if that makes sense.

nik_ree @deputy2022 Still haven't heard anything back from my inquiry but I've read that Poshmark support is backed up with inquiries and such due to shipping delays from USPS. However, I did check my inventory and that was my last shade 5.
