Hello! I want to apologize for the mix up with your Cole Haan ballet flats! I just got an e-mail stating that Poshmark e-mailed you a shipping label so you can repackage the bag and send them to the intended buyer. The other buyer (who wanted the bag but received your shoes) will do the same for your shoes. Again, I really apologize for the mix-up and I appreciate your understanding and patience!
