dixiebabytn Nikki I just realized I mailed you the wrong top. I'm so sorry. I had 2 black tops ougg to mail and got them mixed up. Post office already has it so you will receive it probably Wednesday. I'm not sure how to handle this. I guess you will have to file something when you receive it. I'm so sorry

dixiebabytn @nikki2ny when you receive the wrong top just follow prompts to say you received wrong one. I purchased something and tested it out. Iits easy enough. I assume posh gives you a return label.

dixiebabytn @nikki2ny just wanted to let you know I have to wait on a different shipping label. I should get it today then I can mail it. I've been talking with Posh so it should be in the mail today. I will let you know. I'm truly sorry I messed up on this.

dixiebabytn If I don't hear from them by 230 when I get off work I'm mailing it using old label like I originally told you. Contact with Poshmark is unacceptably slow.

dixiebabytn @nikki2ny Nikki I attempted to mail the package using the current mailing label and I can't use it. Posh finally responded telling me you have to file a wrong item received claim. Then they give you a label to return the item and then they cancel the order and if you still want the top we start over. I am so sorry that I messed up. I have defiantly learned a lesson to double check myself.

nikki2ny @dixiebabytn I received an email today from Poshmark stating I needed to file a formal compliant with pictures of the order within 24 hrs or the would release the funds to seller and my order will no longer qualify for a return . I wrote back stating I have not received the other shirt yet how can I file a complaint? Any ideas on what to do next ? Can you track the shipment of the other shirt you sent me ?

dixiebabytn @nikki2ny they said I had to wait until this is completed before I can resend it. I'm sorry I didn't explain that well. When I went to post office the shipping label wouldn't work because it had already been used. So you have to file a complaint when you receive the wrong top. Then we can start over. This is an awful ordeal. I sincerely apologize.

dixiebabytn @nikki2ny good. I was starting to worry I thought it would have been there Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. I wouldn't think it would take long for them to issue a statement saying you can return the top.
